About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for apparel and fashion industry roles. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of the apparel sector, a proven recruitment track record, and the ability to source and close candidates efficiently across functions

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for apparel, garment, retail, merchandising, production, sourcing, quality, design, sales, and support functions.
- Understand manpower requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
- Manage offer negotiations and candidate closures.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and recurring positions.




- Track recruitment metrics including Time to Hire, CV-to-Interview ratio, Interview-to-Offer ratio, Offer-to-Join ratio, and Recruitment TAT.
- Handle bulk hiring and replacement hiring requirements when required.
- Coordinate with candidates during the notice period and ensure smooth joining.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring status reports to management.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and HR standards.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the apparel, garment, fashion, textile, retail, or lifestyle industry.
- Strong understanding of apparel industry functions and profiles.
- Excellent sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
