Job Summary

Blue Bells Group of Schools is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for teaching, non-teaching, administrative, and leadership positions across the Group. The incumbent will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, assessing, and onboarding high-quality talent aligned with the vision, values, and academic excellence standards of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Coordinate with Principals, Academic Heads, and Department Heads to understand staffing requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment consultants, and professional networks.
- Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, demonstration classes,



assessments, and selection processes.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality hiring standards.

Candidate Experience & Onboarding
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and appointment-related documentation.
- Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document verification, and onboarding processes.
- Facilitate smooth induction and orientation of current employees.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and employee records.
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as per organizational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, statutory requirements, and recruitment guidelines.
- Generate recruitment MIS reports and present hiring metrics to management.
