This role is responsible for assisting private OPD patients through the ophthalmic screening and consultation process, ensuring a seamless and satisfying patient experience. The executive will act as a key liaison between patients and clinical teams, upholding service excellence and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide patients through registration, screening, and consultation flow.
- Coordinate with optometrists and ophthalmologists to ensure timely patient movement.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and service timelines.
- Monitor patient wait times and proactively address delays or concerns.
- Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction through courteous and empathetic communication.
- Support doctors and clinical staff in managing patient queues and consultation schedules.
- Escalate service issues or patient grievances to the appropriate authority.
- Assist in maintaining OPD hygiene, signage, and patient comfort areas.
- Data management and Data Analysis

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
