Role Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement in a dynamic edtech environment. This full-time remote role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and organizational guidelines.



The person in this role will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support workforce planning, build a positive work culture, and contribute to organizational development initiatives. Daily responsibilities include managing HR documentation, overseeing HR systems and data, coordinating training and development programs, and supporting compensation and advantages administration.

Qualifications
- Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Skills in HR policy development, HR operations, and maintaining accurate HR documentation and records.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance standards, and best practices in human resources.
- Ability to manage conflict resolution, handle employee relations sensitively, and promote an inclusive work culture.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote teams.
