Job Summary

We are looking for a Brand Content & Creative Strategy Lead who can transform complex product, scientific and technical information into simple, compelling and high-converting brand communication. The role will work closely with R&D;, Product, Founder, Brand, Design and Performance Marketing teams to develop powerful product stories, campaign concepts and creative communication that educate, inspire and convert consumers.

This is not a traditional content-writing role. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in product storytelling, brand communication, creative strategy, consumer psychology and campaign development, preferably within D2C, nutraceutical, wellness, health, beauty or FMCG brands.

Key Responsibilities
- Understand product formulations, ingredients, mechanisms of action, clinical studies and technical documents and translate complex information into simple,



consumer-friendly communication.
- Develop product narratives, brand messaging, positioning, consumer benefit hierarchy, claims and launch stories.
- Own the storytelling and communication strategy for current and existing product launches.
- Develop creative concepts and communication ideas for static creatives, carousels, videos, Meta ads, UGC campaigns, founder-led content, YouTube, landing pages, WhatsApp and email campaigns.
- Build complete communication frameworks for product launches, including campaign themes, creative hooks, product stories, founder talking points, UGC scripts and performance creatives.
- Conduct consumer research through customer reviews, Amazon, Reddit, YouTube comments, community conversations and customer feedback to identify consumer pain points, objections and language.
