About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-site execution for interior and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site coordination, quality control, labour supervision, material management, and ensuring project execution as per approved drawings and timelines.This position is also suitable for freshers and interns who are looking to gain practical exposure in interior execution, construction management, and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and monitor project execution.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labour teams,
and project stakeholders.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards at the site.
- Handle on-site challenges and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage material requirements and monitor material usage.
- Maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Ensure project timelines are achieved while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of construction and interior execution work.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and site management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
