About the Role

We are hiring a Client Relationship Representative for our Mutual Fund Department to handle existing client servicing, mutual fund operations, portal work, and client coordination.

This is a stable, non-sales, office-based role suited for a responsible, professional and dependable person looking for a structured work environment and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle service requests of existing mutual fund clients
- Handle day-to-day mutual fund operations
- Work on mutual fund portals and internal systems
- Coordinate with clients through calls, email and WhatsApp
- Handle documents, transactions, updates and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely service
- Ensure professional and timely client support

Ideal Candidate
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, banking, finance or mutual funds
- Good spoken and written English




- Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds / Financial Markets
- Basic computer knowledge — Email, MS Office, internet and portals
- Good client dealing and communication skills
- Comfortable handling clients professionally and patiently
- Detail-oriented, punctual and responsible
- Candidates with operations / back-office / client servicing experience preferred

Work Timings

Mon–Fri: 8:50 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
4th Saturday Off
