WebSenor is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team in Udaipur. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating and following up on leads, explaining company services, handling customer queries, and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and prospects.
- Explain WebSenor’s products and services clearly to customers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Handle inbound customer calls and basic queries professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-up calls when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a polite, professional, and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to maintain call records and customer information.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualification
- 12th pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation is an advantage.
