Shall be able to
- Supervise the civil construcion works effectively for quality and safety aspects
- Communicate well with peer and sub-ordinate groups and also with customers and sub-contractors
- Demonstrate well the relevant experience in the civil construction preferably experience in large to Mega construction projects
- use the latest relevant digital tools to improve the efficiency of construction at site.
- Able to lead the team by being a good team player
- Positive at anaytical skills. take intiatives to control the cost.
- Good at Decision making related to the work
- Plan and organise the required resources on time pro-actively for the works planned
- Able to co-ordinate with all the internal and external stake holders and understand their stake at the project
- able to understand the SOPs and comply to them and ensure the same is imlemented in his work area
