This is a full-time role based in Bain’s Gurugram (India)
office and is part of the Performance Improvement Center of Expertise (PI CoE)
The PI CoE partners with Bain case teams globally to drive cost transformation and operational improvement programs across industries. The team supports a broad range of client engagements spanning: 1) Procurement optimization (spend analytics, category strategy, vendor strategy, procurement maturity assessment), 2) Supply chain optimization (inventory diagnostics, network optimization, manufacturing diagnostics, integrated business planning), 3) Working capital and cost diagnostics and post-merger integration and synergy analysis
The team combines consulting problem-solving with advanced analytics and technology-enabled solutions, leveraging tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions. The PI CoE also plays a key role in developing Bain intellectual property, reusable toolkits, and next-generation AI/automation-enabled solutions,
