Location: Sholinganallur, Chennai & surrounding areas
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 3 years in relevant sales
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Projects Field Sales Executive to develop project-based business for our UPVC Doors & Windows and Prefabricated Structures divisions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, meeting clients and project stakeholders, generating enquiries, following up on quotations and converting leads into orders.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current project sales opportunities in and around Tambaram, Chennai.
- Generate leads from builders, contractors, architects, consultants, developers and other project-related customers.
- Promote and sell UPVC Doors & Windows and Prefab products/structures.




- Visit construction sites and project locations regularly to understand customer requirements.
- Meet architects, builders, contractors, purchase teams and project managers.
- Prepare and submit quotations and follow up regularly for order conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Track project progress and identify opportunities at different stages of construction.
- Coordinate with the technical, estimation, production and installation teams as required.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, site visits, quotations, follow-ups and sales closures.
- Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and project developments.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in:
- UPVC Doors & Windows
- Building materials
- Construction products
- Prefabricated structures
