Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Manager-TA to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across corporate and plant functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management and candidate coordination skills, with the ability to close positions within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and job specifications from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, recruitment agencies and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary candidate discussions/interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation and support offer closure within approved salary budgets.
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, candidate trackers and hiring reports.
- Ensure positions are closed within agreed TAT and recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Coordinate with external recruitment consultants and evaluate agency performance.
- Support employer branding and campus/fresher recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
