Role: Factory Manager

The Factory Manager will be responsible for the
end-to-end management of factory operations
, ensuring that production targets, quality standards, shipment schedules, manpower productivity, safety requirements, and operational controls are consistently achieved.

This is a
hands-on factory leadership role
requiring strong floor-level involvement, people management, production planning, problem-solving, and coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day factory and manufacturing operations.
- Plan production according to confirmed orders, priorities, capacity, and shipment schedules.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production targets are achieved.
- Monitor manpower allocation, attendance, productivity, overtime, and workforce utilization.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Printing, Quality, Packing, Maintenance, Stores, Procurement and Logistics teams.
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and customer specifications.




- Identify production bottlenecks and take immediate corrective action to avoid delays.
- Monitor rejection, rework, wastage and material consumption and implement measures to reduce operational losses.
- Improve productivity, process efficiency and utilization of available machinery and resources.
- Coordinate preventive maintenance and ensure minimum production downtime.
- Maintain factory discipline, housekeeping, workplace safety and compliance requirements.
- Monitor order progress and ensure production is completed in line with committed shipment dates.
- Implement SOPs, process controls and continuous improvement initiatives across departments.
- Prepare and review daily production reports, productivity reports, efficiency reports and other operational MIS.
- Train, guide and develop supervisors and production teams.
- Report factory performance, operational issues and improvement actions to man
