Position : Associate Manager Claims
Location: Malad, Mumbai
Experience: 35 Years
Job Responsibilities
- Process and assess event-based insurance claims accurately and within timelines.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain MIS and claim-related reports.
- Coordinate with Underwriting, RCU and Legal teams for claim assessment and investigations.
- Identify and highlight potential fraud cases to the Fraud Control Unit.
- Handle claim-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Insurance Operations / Claims.
- Experience in Life Insurance / BFSI preferred.
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office; VBA/Macros will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
