Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality projects on time.
- Provide technical guidance to junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing initiatives within the team.
- Troubleshoot issues related to MS Dynamics CRM platform, including data migration, configuration, and customization.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Solid understanding of field service management principles and practices.
- Experience with data migration from legacy systems using tools like SQL Server Management Studio or similar technologies.
