- Record Management: Organize and update paper and electronic health files.
- Data Entry: Type in patient histories, test results, and treatments correctly.
- File Retrieval: Find and share files quickly when doctors or staff need them.
- Privacy & Security: Keep all patient records safe from unauthorized people.
- Medical Coding: Use standard codes for illnesses and treatments.
- Audits & Reports: Check files for missing details and prepare hospital reports. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Requirements & Skills
- Education:
A high school diploma plus a certificate or degree in health information, medical records, or a related field.
- Tech Skills: Good computer skills and experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) software.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot mistakes in medical files and data.
- Communication: Good skills to work with doctors, nurses, and insurance groups.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
