Email Marketing & LinkedIn Outreach Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Email Marketing and LinkedIn Outreach Specialist who can manage the complete campaign machinery—from identifying prospects and writing persuasive emails to building campaigns in Odoo, scheduling sequences, tracking responses and generating qualified business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be a strong content writer who understands how to capture attention, communicate value and strategically place CTAs that encourage prospects to respond, schedule a meeting or request more information.

Key Responsibilities

*Email Marketing and Campaign Management*
- Plan and execute targeted B2B email marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage email campaigns, mailing lists and automated sequences in Odoo.
- Write compelling subject lines, preview text, email copy, follow-up emails and CTAs.
- Segment contacts according to industry, designation, company size, location and buying intent.
- Personalize campaigns for different decision-makers, including founders, CEOs,



marketing heads and business owners.
- Schedule campaigns according to the recipient’s location and preferred engagement time.
- Run follow-up sequences to nurture prospects until they respond or book a meeting.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs and sending times.
- Monitor email deliverability, bounce rates, open rates, click rates, reply rates and conversions.
- Maintain campaign records and update prospect statuses inside Odoo CRM.
- Continuously improve campaign performance using data and engagement insights.

*Email Copywriting and Content Creation*
- Write short, persuasive and personalized B2B outreach emails.
- Convert service offerings into clear, benefit-focused messages.
- Create solid hooks that address the prospect’s business challenges.
