Role Description
The Business Development and Client Acquisition Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Bijnor. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, and acquiring clients for recruitment and staffing services. The executive will engage with potential clients, understand their hiring needs, and present appropriate service offerings.



Daily responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, preparing proposals, and tracking sales activities. The role also requires regular market research, networking, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.
