We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Leader to lead our SEO team and drive organic growth for our international e-commerce fashion brands, with a robust focus on the US market.

Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for international e-commerce websites.
- Create SEO roadmaps covering technical SEO, on-page SEO, content, internal linking, authority building, and international SEO.
- Identify organic growth opportunities across product, category, collection, and informational pages.
- Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to identify ranking and traffic opportunities.
- Monitor Google algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Technical & E-commerce SEO
- Lead technical SEO audits and identify issues affecting crawling, indexing, rankings, and organic performance.
- Work with developers to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Optimize Shopify/e-commerce websites, including collections, product pages, faceted navigation, canonicalization, redirects, pagination, and internal linking.




- Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, structured data/schema, Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and crawlability.
- Handle international SEO requirements such as hreflang, country targeting, duplicate content, and international site structures.

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage SEO executives and specialists.
- Assign tasks, establish priorities, and monitor daily/weekly deliverables.
- Review team work and ensure SEO recommendations are implemented correctly.
- Train team members on advanced SEO techniques, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify areas for improvement.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track SEO KPIs including organic traffic, rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, revenue, indexed pages, and backlinks.
- Use Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Prepare weekly/monthly SEO performance reports with actionable
