We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our HR team in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for managing key employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, insurance coordination, employee support, and day-to-day HR operations.
- Manage the complete employee onboarding process from joining formalities to deployment.
- Coordinate collection and verification of employee documents.
- Ensure timely completion of joining forms, HR documentation, and employee records.
- Conduct or coordinate employee induction and orientation programs.
- Coordinate with Operations and other departments for smooth deployment of current employees.
- Ensure timely creation and updation of employee records in HR system
- Coordinate employee insurance-related activities, including GMC/GPA/ESI and other applicable benefits.
- Assist employees with insurance enrollment, additions, deletions, and corrections.
- Coordinate with insurance providers/TPA for employee queries and claims.




- Maintain accurate insurance-related records and employee data.
- Support employees in understanding and accessing applicable benefits.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various operational and corporate positions.
- Understand manpower requirements from Operations and hiring managers and initiate recruitment accordingly.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, social media, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical/functional and client interviews wherever applicable.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules, selection, documentation, and joining.
- Negotiate salary and compensation within approved budgets.
