Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineering Manager to join our Mobile / Containerized Design team. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of relevant experience, preferably in water treatment containerized design and new asset design engineering.



This role requires solid engineering expertise, including the ability to review documents and drawings produced by the Gradiant Global Engineering Center in India and/or outsourced engineering consultants. Engineering Manger will lead a team at Global Engineering center and deliver the design deliverables and work with manufacturing, sourcing team to complete the asset builds in budget and in schedule.

Responsibilities
- Engineering execution for water treatments asset designs.
- Manage the multidiscipline engineering team to deliver the design deliverables on time at high quality
- Hiring new engineers, coaching and training
- Ensure that engineering is completed accurately within schedule and budget.
- Supervise / review basic Engineering, detailed Engineering based on customer and other disciplines design requirements. Be responsible for the design and technical support as part of an integrated system.
