Warehouse Purchase Entry Executive – Textile & Kidswear Division

About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day activities like purchase entries, parcel inward/outward, stock movement, and product distribution in our textile warehouse.

You’ll ensure everything that comes in and goes out is recorded right, packed right, and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all purchase entries for fabrics, finished goods, and vendor supplies.
- Manage parcel inward & outward – receiving, dispatching, and tracking shipments.
- Coordinate stock allocation and transfers between stores and warehouse.
- Maintain inventory records, stock registers, and daily movement reports.
- Verify quality, quantity, and labeling before system entry.
- Support packaging, labeling, and dispatch operations.
- Work closely with purchase and accounts teams for GRN, invoice checks, and vendor coordination.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean,



and audit-ready.

Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, purchase, logistics, or inventory management (textile/readymade preferred).
- Education: Any degree or diploma.
- Proficiency in Excel / ERP / Tally preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹18,000 per month (depending on experience)
