· Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift.

· Plan and allocate manpower to ensure smooth production operations.

· Prepare daily manpower planning and optimize workforce utilization.

· Monitor production batches and perform batch analysis to achieve production targets.

· Ensure proper operation and basic knowledge of production machinery.

· Prepare and monitor daily production plans to meet delivery schedules.

· Ensure the availability and proper utilization of raw materials and monitor finished goods.

· Maintain production records, shift reports, and machine downtime reports.

Skills & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in any stream

· Minimum 5 years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing industry.





· Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, quality control, and machinery operations.

· Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in rotational shifts and achieve production targets.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
