Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process parts invoices and billing accurately.
- Handle counter sales billing and customer transactions.
- Generate invoices, receipts, credit notes, and other billing documents.
- Maintain daily billing records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with the Parts, Service, and Accounts teams for billing-related activities.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions as required.
- Ensure correct GST, pricing, discounts, and part numbers in invoices.
- Maintain customer and vehicle-related billing records.
- Have working knowledge of DMS/automobile dealership billing software.
- Assist in daily sales reconciliation and report preparation.
- Ensure timely submission of billing data and documents to the Accounts Department.
Required Skills
- Experience in automobile parts billing will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Familiarity with GST and invoicing procedures.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced dealership environment.
Qualification
Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant billing experience.
