Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.

Expertise in creating functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and QA to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Proficiency in tools like Rally, xWiki, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Valuable understanding of SQL/relational databases for data analysis and validation.

Familiarity with API concepts, RESTful services,



and integration workflows.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and requirement elicitation.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.

Conduct process mapping, workflow analysis, and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with IT, project managers, and business teams to implement solutions.

Support data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and use cases.

Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations for stakeholders.

Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
