About the Role

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Sales Executive who can independently handle AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) sales, contract renewals and client relationships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, strong Excel knowledge and experience dealing with HNI and premium clients.

Candidates from Real Estate, Luxury Products, Premium Services or other high-end customer-facing industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and generate AMC and contract sales
- Handle existing clients and ensure timely AMC renewals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HNI and premium clients
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Conduct client meetings and deliver qualified presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documentation
- Follow up with clients from enquiry to closure




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracts
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines and client data in MS Excel
- Track AMC expiry dates, renewal opportunities and follow-ups
- Negotiate with clients and close contracts effectively
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in sales, AMC sales, contract sales or B2B/B2C relationship management
- Strong experience handling HNI / premium clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Ability to independently manage client relationships and sales follow-ups
- Professional personality with strong customer-handling skills
- Target-oriented and comfortable with business development
