We are currently in the
initial product testing and development stage
and are building the technology, healthcare expert ecosystem, and wellness frameworks required to make personalized wellness measurable and scalable.

This is an
equity-only founding team prospect
, with no fixed salary until we secure funding and stabilize revenue.

As a Full-Stack App Developer at HiWox, your primary responsibilities would include:
- Build and maintain HiWox's mobile application and backend ecosystem.
- Develop user-facing features for wellness assessments, profiles, personalized plans,



progress tracking, consultations, subscriptions, and engagement.
- Build dashboards and interfaces for users, healthcare/wellness consultants, administrators, and business partners.
- Develop secure APIs, backend services, databases, authentication, notifications, and integrations.
- Implement HiWox's 9-domain wellness assessment and Digital Health Index (DHI) into the application.
- Work closely with healthcare and wellness experts to convert their frameworks into practical digital workflows.
- Integrate data science, AI/ML models, wearables, healthcare devices, and third-party APIs as the product evolves.
- Build systems for collecting and presenting wellness, lifestyle, assessment, and progress data.
- Ensure the application is scalable, secure, responsive, and reliable.
- Handle debugging, testing, deployment, monitoring, version control, and ongoing product improvements.
