About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Business Pursuit Manager to lead business
growth initiatives within the Defense Mobility, Military Vehicle, Aerospace, and Defense
Systems sectors.
This role is focused on identifying, pursuing, and securing current business opportunities with
leading Defense OEMs, Military Vehicle Manufacturers, Aerospace Organizations,
Fighter Aircraft Programs, and Defense System Integrators.
The ideal candidate will possess strong relationships within the Defense and Aerospace
ecosystem and have a proven track record of selling products, systems, or solutions to
military and defense customers.
Important: This role is not focused on conventional commercial vehicles such as logistics
trucks, buses, lorries, or road transportation fleets. The primary focus is on military utility
vehicles, defense mobility platforms, tactical vehicles, aerospace systems, and defense
applications including fighter aircraft programs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a long-term strategic growth plan aligned with regional and




global business objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Defense, Aerospace,
Military Mobility, and Tactical Vehicle sectors.
Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders across Defense OEMs,
Aerospace companies, Government agencies, and Defense Procurement
organizations.
Drive customer pursuits, RFQs, RFIs, proposals, and business acquisition activities.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business
awards.
Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Costing, Manufacturing, and
Leadership teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
Define and execute customer-specific pursuit strategies to maximize business
conversion.
Support product positioning across military vehicle platforms, defense systems,
aerospace applications, and fighter aircraft programs.

Monitor defense procurement trends, industry developments, competitor activity, and
