Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Zone Head to lead and scale our real estate sales operations across assigned zones. This role is responsible for driving revenue, managing Team Leads, building developer relationships, improving sales accountability,
and ensuring smooth execution of the entire sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership
- Lead and mentor Team Leads across assigned zones.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor sales pipeline and conversion ratios.
- Intervene in high-value or stalled deals when required.
- Team Management
- Assign leads, projects, and territories to Team Leads.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and accountability meetings.
- Identify hiring requirements for new Team Leads in expanding markets.
- Coach teams to improve follow-ups and deal closures.
- Business Development Identify recent micro-markets for expansion.
- Build relationships with developers and channel partners.
- Negotiate exclusive inventory and revenue opportunities.
- Operations & Reporting
- Track revenue, sales performance, and team KPIs.
- Ensure CRM hygiene and process adherence.
