Experience: 5+ Years of core CA-firm / compliance management experience *(Mandatory)*

A senior leadership role reporting directly to the Partner. You will own the firm’s compliance calendar end-to-end, supervise execution quality, lead complex assignments, and mentor the associates' team.

Core Responsibilities:
- Practice & Calendar Management: End-to-end ownership of statutory compliance schedules — allocating, reviewing, and ensuring on-time delivery across all corporate and non-corporate clients.
- Direct Tax & Audits: Independent finalization of Tax Audits (Sec. 44AB), corporate tax computations,



filing ITRs (Individuals, Firms, and Companies), advance tax schedules, TDS/TCS compliance, Form 15CA/CB, and comprehensive AIS/TIS/SFT mismatch reconciliations.
- Assessments & Litigation Support: Handling Faceless Assessments (Sec. 143(3) / 147), drafting reasoned written submissions, rectification petitions (Sec. 154), and preparing CIT(Appeals) documentation, grounds of appeal, and paper books.
- GST Practice: Comprehensive filing of GSTR-1, 3B, 9, and 9C; complex multi-year ITC vs. GSTR-2B reconciliations; e-invoicing, e-way bills, and LUT filings; handling refund applications (inverted duty / export under LUT); managing Departmental Audits (Sec. 65), summons, and drafting replies to DRC-01, DRC-07, and ASMT-10 notices.
- Corporate & ROC Compliances: Incorporations (SPICe+), annual MCA filings (AOC-4, MGT-7), and event-based secretarial filings (DIR-12, PAS-3, DPT-3, MSME-1).
