Role Summary

We are looking for a senior Creative Manager with 9+ years of experience who can personally execute high-quality creatives while also leading and mentoring a creative team. This role is for someone who enjoys being close to the work—designing, refining, testing, and optimizing creatives across website, social media, and email—and not just delegating tasks.

The ideal candidate understands e-commerce performance, US consumer behavior, and how creative directly influences conversion rates and sales.





Key Responsibilities Hands-On Creative Execution (Core Responsibility)

Personally create and optimize creatives for:

Website banners, landing pages, PDPs, and conversion-focused sections

Social media creatives for Instagram and Facebook

Email campaigns including promotions, flows, and newsletters

Translate business goals, offers, and insights into high-performing creative concepts.

Continuously iterate on design, copy hierarchy, visuals, and messaging based on performance data.

Website & Conversion-Focused Creative

Own the creative quality and performance of key website assets.

Work closely with marketing and performance teams to improve CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and retention through creative improvements.

Identify creative bottlenecks in the user journey and proactively fix them.

Social & Email Creative Strategy

Develop platform-appropriate creatives while maintaining brand consistency.
