Job Summary

Responsible for supervising day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, manpower utilization, and machine efficiency are achieved while maintaining safety and 5S standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor daily production activities as per production targets.
- Supervise production operators and allocate manpower according to workload.
- Monitor plastic injection moulding machines and production processes.
- Ensure proper mould loading and unloading activities.
- Monitor machine parameters, cycle time, rejection, and productivity.
- Ensure production output is achieved as per schedule and customer requirements.
- Handle and coordinate manpower effectively across shifts.




- Ensure proper handling of engineering materials, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Have Handled materials like PVC, PP, Nylon 6 & 66, HIBS, ABS, etc,.
- Identify and resolve production-related issues and machine/process abnormalities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room, PPC, and Stores teams.
- Monitor rejection, rework, downtime, and process deviations.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, 5S, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Maintain production records, shift reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Support continuous improvement, productivity improvement, and waste reduction initiatives.
- Conduct shift handover and communicate production status/issues to the next shift.
