- MRO Sourcing: Procure mechanical, electrical, and plumbing spare parts, tools, consumables, and facility maintenance services.
- Quotation & Analysis: Request quotes, run comparative market analysis, and prepare competitive statements.
- Vendor Negotiations: Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, warranties, and commercial payment terms with suppliers.
- Purchase Execution: Generate Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using Tally/Excel.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with plant maintenance, engineering, and finance teams to prevent operational bottlenecks and reconcile invoices.
- Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels of critical maintenance spares to avoid stockouts while managing carrying costs.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Education: Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of factory machinery, spare part specifications, and technical maintenance requirements.

Core Competencies: Vendor management, contract negotiation, problem-solving, and time management
