Officer – Formulation & Development (F&D;)

Job Responsibilities:
- Support formulation development and optimization of pharmaceutical products.
- Conduct laboratory trials, experiments, and evaluation of formulations.
- Prepare and maintain development reports, BMRs, protocols, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with Analytical, QA, Production, and other departments for development activities.
- Support scale-up, technology transfer, and process optimization activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.

Qualification: M. Pharm / B. Pharm / M.Sc. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or relevant field.

Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Formulation & Development in a pharmaceutical company.

Key Skills: Formulation development, documentation, analytical understanding, problem-solving, and good communication skills.
