Your new role

As an Associate Regional Capability Building Manager, you will be the learning ambassador for your region — turning business and clinical insights into practical, evidence-based training that improves team performance and patient outcomes. You will collaborate with Sales, Medical, Marketing, HR and field leaders to design, deliver and localise learning solutions,



communicating the value of training while upholding the highest standards of ethics and compliance.

Your key responsibilities will include
- Coach and develop Rare Disease and Public Care field teams through regular field visits and on-the-job coaching.
- Build capabilities in scientific communication, stakeholder engagement, account management, negotiation, and value-based customer conversations.
- Strengthen team effectiveness in public healthcare systems, government reimbursement processes, institutional business, and market access.
- Partner with Sales, Medical, Marketing, Market Access, and regional leaders to identify capability gaps and implement targeted development initiatives.
- Design and facilitate learning programmes, workshops, simulations, and capability-building interventions.
- Monitor capability development outcomes and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
