We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions across business domains. This role requires deep expertise in Machine Learning, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Natural Language Processing (NLP), along with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders to build scalable AI-driven solutions that create measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI / Data Science Solution Development
- Build, evaluate, and optimize predictive model for real-world business problems
- Apply advanced statistical and analytical techniques on large-scale structured and unstructured data
2. Generative AI & LLM Applications
- Develop and deploy LLM-powered applications using modern frameworks
- Design and implement RAG pipelines integrating vector databases and knowledge retrieval systems
- Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and evaluate LLMs for domain-specific use cases
- Build enterprise-grade GenAI use cases such as chatbots, summarization engines, and document intelligence systems
3. NLP & Text Analytics
- Develop NLP pipelines for tasks like classification, entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and topic modeling
- Work with multilingual datasets (Indian languages preferred)
- Optimize text processing workflows for scalability and performance
4. Model Deployment & Engineering
- Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize models using APIs and microservices
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) for scalable deployments
- Ensure model monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle management
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Present insights and mode
