We are looking for a skilled and responsible Dialysis Technician to assist in providing protected and effective dialysis treatment to patients under the supervision of nephrologists and nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate dialysis machines and related equipment.
- Prepare patients for dialysis and monitor them throughout the procedure.
- Check and maintain dialysis equipment before and after each session.
- Monitor vital signs and report any abnormalities immediately.
- Follow infection control and safety protocols strictly.
- Ensure proper preparation and disposal of dialysis-related materials.
- Maintain accurate patient treatment and dialysis records.
- Assist doctors and nurses during dialysis procedures.
- Handle emergencies during dialysis and provide immediate assistance as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dialysis unit.
- Follow hospital policies, NABH standards, and departmental protocols.
Qualification
- Diploma / B.Sc. in Dialysis Technology
- Candidates with relevant clinical experience are preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
