Job Purpose
To support the I&I; Business Unit in end-to-end tendering activities, including tender documentation, RFP analysis, expert/candidate sourcing, commercial coordination, and preparation of final tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and study RFPs, tenders, and bid documents to understand eligibility criteria, technical requirements, timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare and maintain tender-related formats, templates,



and documentation as per client requirements.
- Develop and maintain a database of experts/candidates for upcoming and ongoing tenders.
- Source suitable experts/candidates based on tender requirements, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Coordinate with experts regarding availability, requirements, documentation, and commercials/budget.
- Negotiate with experts to ensure alignment with the approved budget and tender requirements.
- Coordinate with various locations/branches and internal stakeholders to identify upcoming bids, manpower requirements, and sourcing needs.
- Prepare and update CVs/resumes of experts in the required client/tender format.
- Ensure all CVs and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with tender requirements before final submission.
