Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly driven Founder's Office to work closely with the founders in identifying, building, and scaling new growth opportunities for the brand.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the D2C e-commerce ecosystem, and wants to operate with a founder’s mindset by taking complete ownership of initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth channels, markets, and product ideas.




- Own the end-to-end execution of recent initiatives from concept to launch and scale.
- Work closely with the founders on high-impact strategic and operational projects.
- Launch and scale new products, categories, business models, and revenue streams.
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, operations, technology, supply chain, customer experience, and finance teams.
- Analyze business data, customer insights, sales trends, unit economics, and market trends to support decision-making.
- Track key performance indicators and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Build and optimize processes for scalability, efficiency, and stronger execution.
- Conduct market, competitor, customer, and category research to identify growth opportunities.
- Take complete ownership of assigned targets, timelines, performance, and outcomes.
- Support the expansion of the brand into new markets, including international markets where applicable.
