About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior PPC & Paid Media Executive / Performance Marketing Specialist with strong and demonstrable experience managing paid advertising for UK online pharmacy and regulated healthcare e-commerce businesses.

Previous hands-on experience working with a UK online pharmacy or closely related regulated healthcare e-commerce business is a mandatory requirement for this role.

The successful candidate must have strong hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta Ads and other paid social media advertising platforms, with the ability to independently manage paid acquisition for both website and mobile app.

We are looking for someone who understands not only how to operate advertising platforms, but also how to manage them commercially against strict budgets, CPA/CAC, ROAS and marketing-cost targets.





Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous experience by discussing:
- Websites and brands personally managed
- Online pharmacy / healthcare accounts managed
- Google Ads performance
- Microsoft/Bing Ads performance
- Meta/Facebook/Instagram advertising performance
- Other paid social advertising experience
- Monthly advertising budgets personally controlled
- CPA / CAC targets
- ROAS achieved
- Marketing Cost %
- Revenue generated through paid channels
- Strategies used to improve and scale performance
- Experience dealing with UK healthcare/pharmacy advertising policies

General PPC experience without relevant online pharmacy / regulated healthcare e-commerce experience will not be sufficient.
