Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Pro-Code Agent Engineer (Fresher) to help design and build AI agents using code-first frameworks. You will work with Python to develop autonomous and semi-autonomous agents that can reason, use tools, and complete multi-step tasks. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates who want to start their career in Generative AI and agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building AI agents using Python and agent frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Write clean, functional Python code to integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) into applications.
- Support development of tool-calling, function-calling, and multi-agent workflows.
- Help build and test Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Work with APIs to connect agents with external data sources and applications.
- Debug and test agent behavior, and document findings.
- Learn and apply prompt engineering techniques under guidance from senior engineers.




- Collaborate with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into agent workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, or related field.
- 0–1 years of experience (internships/academic projects welcome).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Python.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals: data structures, OOP, APIs.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Exposure to LLMs, chatbots, or AI concepts through coursework or personal projects.
- Eagerness to learn agentic AI frameworks and tools.

Preferred Skills
- Personal or academic projects involving Python automation, chatbots, or AI.
- Basic knowledge of LangChain, OpenAI API, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL basics.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.

Robust problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
