Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.
Through automation we identify control,



testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft.
Expertise Required:
Responsibility
Be seen as a senior point of contact within the team and lead complex projects from inception to completion, demonstrating expertise in Business and functional areas.
Act as a subject matter expert, advising cross-functional teams and stakeholders on best practices and cutting-edge solutions.
Develops and drives quality-checking routines to ensure compliance with all relevant policies, operating guides, and owned control testing; deliver high-quality work within established timelines.
Conduct risk reviews of significant operational events to determine the fact pattern, control gaps and working with relevant businesses and functions implement remediation to avoid a repeat event. Lessons should be shared to mitigate similar risk
