Job Description
Key Responsibilities
DDQ and Client Questionnaire Management
Manage and complete Due Diligence Questionnaires, RFP support documents, client questionnaires, and other business development requests.
Work closely with Sales, Product Specialists, SMEs, and relevant business functions to collate, validate, and finalize required responses.
Ensure responses are accurate, complete, consistent, and aligned with approved company language, internal standards, and applicable guidelines.
Review client requirements carefully and identify areas requiring SME input, policy references, supporting documents, or additional clarification.
