JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a friendly, empathetic and responsible Student Relations Officer to handle student concerns, resolve grievances and ensure a positive and satisfying student experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle and resolve student grievances professionally.
- Listen to students and understand their concerns.
- Ensure student satisfaction and a positive experience.
- Maintain good relationships with students.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams.
- Follow up on complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Collect and maintain student feedback.
- Communicate important updates and information to students.
- Handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information.
