. Our growing operations generate continuous legal activity involving contracts, insurance claims, mechanic's liens, litigation, and real estate transactions.

We are building a strong remote legal team in India to support our expanding US operations.

⚖️ The Role





We are hiring
ONE exceptional, ambitious, and energetic Legal Associate / Attorney
to become an integral part of our legal operations.

You will work directly with company ownership and alongside experienced US attorneys, supporting matters involving:
- Construction disputes and contracts
- Insurance claims
- Mechanic's liens and enforcement
- Lawsuits and litigation support
- Real estate matters

Training and exposure to relevant
US legal procedures and business practices
, particularly relating to
Current York, New Jersey, and Connecticut
, will be provided.

We are looking for someone with
excellent drafting skills, speed, ownership, persistence, and relentless follow-through
.

? Key Responsibilities
- Draft construction agreements, subcontractor agreements, change orders, and settlement agreements.
- Draft complaints, demand letters, notices of default, and other legal submissions under the supervision of US attor
