Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst Officer responsible for data entry, research, verification, correction, updating, and maintaining accurate organizational databases. The role will involve collecting information from multiple sources, organizing data, identifying errors, and ensuring data is complete, accurate, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into databases, spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal platforms.
- Collect and research business, company, industry, government, investor, and market-related information from reliable sources.
- Verify and cross-check data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct incorrect, duplicate, outdated, or incomplete records.
- Regularly update existing databases with new and relevant information.
- Maintain structured records of companies, contacts, sectors, industries, opportunities, and other relevant information.




- Conduct online and secondary research as assigned.
- Compile information from websites, directories, reports, databases, and other sources.
- Clean and organize large datasets and maintain proper formatting.
- Identify missing information and conduct research to fill data gaps.
- Maintain data confidentiality and follow internal data-handling procedures.
- Prepare basic data summaries, reports, and research sheets for management.
- Support the business development, research, outreach, and administration teams with accurate data.
- Maintain proper documentation and version control of data files.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure database accuracy.
- Handle Excel/Google Sheets-based data management and reporting.
- Assist in creating and maintaining lists of companies, industry leaders, investors, government officials, institutions, and other stakeholders.
