Job Description for Trainee:
- Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations.
- Observing and learning from superiors
- Observe pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Prepare equipment and materials required for production
- Understand the production equipment, such as vessels and filtration systems, and monitor production processes to ensure that they operate effectively and efficiently
- Ensure proper documentation of all processes, including batch records, logbooks, updating records and other documentation required
- Conduct in-process quality control checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Perform routine calibration and maintenance on production equipment




- Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve production processes and product quality
- Help in preparation of production documents like SOPs, PV.APQR ,MFR etc.
- Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work overtime if required.
- Excellent time management skills.
