Job Title: Digital Marketing Trainer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Digital Marketing Trainer to design and deliver practical, industry-oriented training programs. The trainer will be responsible for teaching core and advanced digital marketing concepts, mentoring learners, and helping them build real-world skills through hands-on projects.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and deliver digital marketing training sessions (offline)

Train students on core digital marketing concepts including:

SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical SEO)

Google Ads & PPC

Social Media Marketing (Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Content Marketing

Email Marketing

Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console)

Conduct practical sessions, case studies, and live projects

Update training material as per latest industry trends and tools

Assess learners through assignments, tests, and projects

Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and portfolio support





Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback

Collaborate with the academic/marketing team to improve curriculum

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)

2+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing

Prior training or teaching experience is a strong plus

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, practical manner

Passion for teaching and mentoring

Preferred Tools Knowledge

Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console

SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)

Social media management tools

Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, etc.)

CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
