Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain regulatory reports for insurance companies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement in financial reporting.
- Provide expert guidance on regulatory reporting best practices to internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements :
- 6-11 years of experience in business analysis or a related field within the insurance industry.
- Robust understanding of regulatory reporting requirements for insurance companies (e.g. Solvency II).
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using tools such as Excel or SQL.
- Experience working with IT systems used for regulatory reporting purposes.
