As Senior Manager Marketplaces, you will be the single point of ownership for BellaVita's P&L; across the entire online marketplace ecosystem — Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, and emerging quick-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart). You will drive top-line revenue growth, optimize bottom-line profitability, and own the end-to-end strategic relationship with each platform's category teams. This is a high-visibility role requiring a blend of data-backed growth marketing, aggressive negotiation, inventory foresight, and flawless execution — especially during high-stakes tentpole events like Amazon's Great Indian Festival, Flipkart's Big Billion Days, and Nykaa's Pink Sale.

Key Responsibilities : -

1. Account Strategy & P&L; Ownership
- Own the end-to-end revenue, margin, and growth targets for BellaVita across all online marketplaces.
- Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with each platform's category managers to secure maximum brand visibility and growth.
- Optimize the commercial matrix platform-by-platform, keeping a close eye on take-rates, margins,



marketplace fees, and logistics costs to ensure healthy contribution margins.
- Define the right channel mix and pricing architecture to avoid cross-platform cannibalization and protect brand equity.

2. Growth Marketing & Campaign Management
- Strategize, execute, and monitor performance marketing campaigns across every platform's ad console (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Nykaa, etc.) — sponsored products, brand ads, and display — to drive maximum ROI/ROAS.
- Lead end-to-end planning for all tentpole events (Big Billion Days, Outstanding Indian Festival, Big Saving Days, Pink Sale, etc.), including deal submissions, exclusive launches, and marketing budget allocation.
- Continuously improve organic search visibility, listing quality, conversion funnels, and customer review health across platforms.
